Return policy

You can return most unopened new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not cover the cost of return.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of sending your package to the shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This period includes the transit time required for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (1 to 5 days and the time it takes. your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
